Site Manager/Supervisor - Borders

We're looking for an experienced Planned Supervisor to help deliver internal household projects from contract stage right through to final sign off.

In this role, you'll be right at the heart of things working closely with the team and contractors, keeping projects on track, and making sure everything on site meets the highest standards. You'll bring your experience to guide the process, solve problems, and help deliver work everyone can be proud of.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the construction phase of planned appliances in housing developments
• Supporting and managing the internal planned team
• Working closely with contractors to ensure high quality installations
• Seeing projects through to completion and final sign off

What you'll bring:

• Solid experience in construction management and installation delivery
• Strong technical know how and a good understanding of contracts
• Great communication and coordination skills
• A real pride in doing a job properly and leaving things to a high standard
