About Your New Job

As the Site Manager, you will:

• Report to the Contracts Manager and carry out all agreed duties on site.
• Manage all industrial relations matters on the front line.
• Ensure all company procedures and contractual commitments are met.
• Oversee and implement workplace health and safety procedures, including safety manuals.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 5 years' practical experience managing construction sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage site operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
