Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students.
Maintain rigourous quality control measures throughout the project.
Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

Role: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Leeds

Job: Office fit out

Start Date: 9th March

Duration: 16 weeks

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm

Rate: £220 a day

Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
