Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven residential expertise to lead the delivery of a high-quality housing development in Yeovil. This role requires someone who has previously run sites as the No.1 on site, taking full responsibility for programme, quality, and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily site operations from start to finish.

• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards in line with company and legislative requirements.

• Uphold exceptional quality standards, ensuring all works are completed to specification.

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers efficiently to meet programme milestones.

• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven track record running residential developments as the sole Site Manager.

• Strong understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold) - all essential.
