Job Description
Freelance Site Manager needed, Liverpool, commercial refurbishment project. Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries to meet programme targets. Ensure RAMS and H&S are up-to-date Liaise with the client and project team to resolve issues promptly. Monitor QA and ensure project standards are met. Report progress and manage site documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing residential refurbishments. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (in-date). Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery. Available for an immediate start in Liverpool.
