Your new role
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential construction site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain their reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulationsCoordinate subcontractors and manage site logisticsMonitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsConduct regular site inspections and progress reportsLiaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential constructionSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems on the goA commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
