Freelance Site Manager needed, Caernarfon, for new-build commercial project

Your new company
Our client is a national contractor who is in need of a reliable freelance site manager to oversee holiday cover on their newbuild commercial project in the Caernarfon area. This role will see you No. 1 on site, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining H&S on site.

As Site Manager, you will:

• Maintain H&S
  
• Ensure Programming is met
• Organise Subcontractors and Labour
• Coordinate with clients and the design team
• Ensure QA is up to specification

What you'll have:

• Previous commercial build experience
  
• SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid are essential
• Live locally in the North Wales area (we do not offer working away for this role)
• Previous UK experience is essential
