Site Manager SkillsThe Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, with 7+ years' management experience and a background in large scale residential construction.
As Site ManagerResponsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage all on site activities for the 100 house development project.
- Ensure the project is delivered in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with contract manager, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Oversee compliance with building regulations, health & safety protocols, and company standards.
- Mentor and manage site staff, ensuring high productivity and morale.
- Handle any challenges on site with a proactive, problem solving approach.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in site management, with at least 5 years as a Site Manager on large residential projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality residential developments on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Thorough knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €85,000 - €90,000 + package.
