Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a high calibre Site Manager to oversee the execution of a critical infrastructure project in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the on-site management of all construction activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

• Lead project teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

• Develop and maintain construction programmes, manage resources, and monitor project performance.

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for client representatives and stakeholders.

• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) managing the delivery of complex, Data Centre, Power Generation, Renewables or large scale industrial projects.

• Proven track record overseeing multi-disciplinary teams on high-value sites.

• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle requirements from early works through to commissioning.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
