We are looking for a Site manager to join us for the next 4-6 months to work on a number of projects for our international clients The right candidate will have experience working on major projects (£7m-£10m) and will have a proven track record of success and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of sub contractor contracts/terms/scope
  • Ensuring thorough understanding of the project, drawings and specs
  • Executing Delivery strategy
  • Managing stakeholders within the field/onsite
  • Effective communication with stakeholders (client, landlord, tenant, agent) when on site
  • Managing the performance of sub contractors
  • Effective communication with Unispace team regarding on site performance
  • Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace 80/20 methodology
  • Ensuring alignment to the culture, values and behaviors of Unispace
  • Managing Health & Safety on site
  • Ensuring job site cleanliness
  • Program management (Schedule)
  • Punch list completion
  • Quality control/quality assurance
  • Onsite document control
  • Site set up and establishment
  • Executing site risk management plan and escalating any risks/issues to Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
  • Project close out
  • Support implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Construction experience (relevant)
