Annual Salary range:from € 55,000.00 to € 60,000.00

We are currently recruiting for a Site Lead to join our Maintenance Division. This full-time permanent position will suit a competent and experienced Site Lead as they oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all building systems, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for building occupants and working closely with the dedicated Facilities Manager responsible for the building. The Site Lead will also be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the various vendors and maintenance staff completing PPM and reactive tasks when required and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintenance Management
  • Management and co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering on-site operational services
  • Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, preventive maintenance and renovations / minor works projects
  • Ensure all PPM activities are completed on time and closed out to a high standard to achieve contract KPI's
  • Review of PPM reports for accuracy and completeness, following up on recommendations with production of quotes, follow through to task completion and close out
  • Occupant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for occupants, addressing their concerns, co-ordinating reactive tasks through the dedicated Facilities Manager and ensuring high levels of occupant satisfaction through the in-house CAFM system
  • Building Operations: Oversee the operation of building systems, including client specific daily, weekly, monthly and annual systems and compliance checks
  • Vendor Management: Co-ordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialised maintenance services and ensure timely completion of work in line with SFM safety policies and procedures
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards in conjunction with the SFM QEHS Team, conducting regular vendor and building inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
    • Cleaning standards to be maintained across the building - daily recorded audits to be completed
    • Rubbish removal - ensuring high standards are maintained for both the internal and the external of the building
    • Daily plantroom inspections
    • Unoccupied areas to be kept free and clear of any materials - dedicated storage area to be maintained
    • All emergency exit routes to be kept free and clear at all times
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste and implement sustainable practices within the building
  • Demonstrate an in- depth knowledge of contract terms, scope and format
  • Effectively manage day to day FM processes within the building, ensuring seamless operations
  • Foster robust relationships with supply chain partners and colleagues to guarantee exceptional facilities services on site
  • Conduct regular meetings with the dedicated Facilities Manager to keep open lines of communication and address any concerns
  • Be open to engaging in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the role
  • Always behave in a manner fitting to the business ethos and maintain the Company's standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador as you represent the Company through its ongoing expansion
  • Undertake any additional duties necessary for the smooth operation of the building
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
  • A Trade background would be highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working within the FM and/or construction/M&E industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems essential
  • Detail oriented with a maintenance/small project delivery background
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent analytical and planning ability with exceptional numeracy skills
  • Strong understanding of financial and budgetary control (labour and subcontractors)
  • Must possess exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and complete a wide range of tasks
