Site HR Leader - Manufacturing (Hybrid, 4 Day Week)

September Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based in Ballybay, Co. Monaghan. The role offers the flexibility of a full-time or 4-day week option and includes hybrid working with 1 day per week from home.

The ideal candidate will develop HR strategies, work closely with leadership, and manage employee engagement and talent development across the site. A third-level qualification in HR and 3-5+ years of HR experience is required.
