Site Foreman - Major Infra Project (Long-Term)

NRL is seeking an experienced Foreman for a major civil engineering project at Teesworks, Redcar. You will supervise site activities, manage direct labour and subcontractors, and maintain safety and quality across all operation areas on a long-term contract through to December 2026.

Responsibilities include coordinating work packages, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with ITPs and contractual requirements while driving a culture of Zero Harm across the workforce.
