You'll: Partner with Global HR, Site Management Committee, and UK & Ireland HR to align people plans with business strategy Guide leaders through performance, change, and organizational design Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent, ER, L&D, C&B, HRIS, and more Champion employee experience, engagement, and continuous improvement Key Focus Areas Employee Relations Advise on complex ER matters, ensuring compliance and best practice Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support hiring and internal mobility Lead and enhance the on-site onboarding experience Learning & Development Support design and deliver impactful learning solutions Compensation & Benefits Support annual reviews and ensure fair, benchmarked pay practices HR Operations & Engagement Drive process excellence, analyze HR metrics, and lead engagement initiatives To be considered for this role, you will have: Degree or equivalent HR experience Strong project and stakeholder management Track record in employee engagement Expertise in complex employee relations Experience in global, matrixed settings Passion for people and progressIpsen is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
