Salary: A minimum hourly rate of £15.00 per hour (comprising a pay rate of £13.38 and indicative holiday pay of £1.62 ). Holiday pay is indicative as it is accrued at 12.07 percent for every hour worked. If you work at a different rate, the pay and holiday pay will adjust accordingly.

• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring the safety of all customers and staff.
• Managing queues effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of patrons entering and exiting.
• Enforcing venue policies and maintaining order.
• Dealing with incidents professionally and in line with briefed procedures
• Logging incidents & accidents using C247
