Shunting Team Lead 4 on/4 off, Class 1 Driver

DHL Supply Chain in Burton upon Trent is seeking a hands-on Shunter/Team Lead to coordinate a small on-site team, ensure trailers are loaded and ready for dispatch, and act as the key link between operations, drivers and customers.

You must hold a Category C+E / Class 1 licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph Card; be proactive, safety-focused and capable of communicating across shifts. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with shift patterns 4 on 4 off and 12-hour days.
