Shunter Driver

Location: Dunstable

Shifts available:
Sunday night to Thursday night (finishing on Friday morning) 23:00pm to 08:00am

Pay rate:
Night Shift: £19.08 per hour
Overtime: £27.26 per hour (paid after 40 hours)

GR Employment Ltd is looking for a Shunter Driver to work for one of our clients based in Dunstable, Woodside Industrial Estate area.

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• Have a minimum of 12 months of experience for Class 1
• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
• No INI10, TT99 or DR10

You will be shunting trailers within the yard and placing empty trailers onto doors at the beginning of the shift. Moving trailers off the door when full and replacing them with new empties.

• Full UK driving license
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with category C + E
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• 12 months of experience required
• For insurance purposes, you must be at least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years

• Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata
• Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant
