Shunter Driver

GR Employment Ltd is looking for a shunter driver to work for one of our clients based in Bridgwater, Woodlands Business Park.

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

Ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with category C + E
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• Have a minimum of 12 months of experience
• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
• No INI10, TT99 or DR10

Shifts

Monday to Friday with a starting time at 23:00 (finishing on Saturday morning).

Pay rate

• Night Shift: £19.08 per hour
• Overtime: £27.26 per hour

Job Responsibilities

You will be shunting trailers within the yard and placing empty trailers onto doors at the beginning of the shift. Moving trailers off the door when full and replacing them with new empties.

Job Qualifications

• Full UK driving license
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with category C + E
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• 12 months of experience required
• No INI10, TT99 or DR10
• For insurance purposes, you must be at least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years
