Clarity Locums are currently seeking a Registered General Nurse to manage short-term admissions from hospital to a community nursing unit

About the Role:

• Monday to Friday role 08.30-4.30pm
• Working with the Consultant Geriatrician and ANP for Older Persons
• Organising admissions and discharges
• Planning home support
• Liaising with public health, occupational health and physio
• Undertaking pre-assessments in the local hospital
• Organising medications on admission and discharge and engaging with pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in General Nursing
• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration (Required)
• Experience working with care of the older persons
• Eligible to work in Ireland
