Shop Manager: Leiston - 3 month temporary contract

We have a temporary 3-month contract for a Shop Manager at our Leiston Shop.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and dynamic individual who is forward-thinking to ensure our retail shops continually meet the evolving world of charity retail.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of the shop
• Achieve agreed financial budgets
• Provide high standards of customer service to both external and internal customers
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, layout, and display
• Manage and work with a team of volunteers

About Us

St Elizabeth Hospice operates over 30 charity sites across Norfolk & Suffolk, including retail centres, a community coffee hub, a café, and a Zest retail outlet. Income is also generated through e-commerce, furniture operations, and retail events.

About the Charity

Salary and Hours

Salary from £19,513.60 (WTE £24,392) per annum, depending on experience. Hours: 30 hours per week.
