Shop Manager

Overview

Join us as a Shop Manager and you'll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive through. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online. While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement.
• Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
• Get involved in food preparation and serve customers.
• Ensure the shop is clean, well stocked and welcoming.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, with extensive experience delivering excellent customer service in a food on the go or retail environment. You will be supportive of an inclusive culture and recognise that valuing differences strengthens the team.
