Shop Manager - Full Time
We are looking to recruit a shop manager for our new shop in Banbury, Oxfordshire, opening in July. This is a permanent full-time position with a variety of shifts, working 5 days out of 7 each week.
Please note: Full-time availability is required, including weekends. Flexibility to travel between sites to support other shops in the area is beneficial.

As a Shop Manager, you will:
- Lead by example and actively participate in daily shop operations.
- Motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop your team through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure the shop is safe, clean, and well-maintained, managing deliveries and routines.
- Control shop costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll, reporting to your area manager.
- Maintain standards in customer service, cash handling, health & safety, stock management, and presentation.
You will need:
- A friendly, positive, hardworking attitude
- Strong leadership skills to motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Trustworthiness and reliability
- Experience as a manager or assistant manager
- Driving license (desirable but not essential)
