  • Processing customer orders onto the internal system
  • Producing freight documentation including bills of lading and certificates of origin
  • Advising customers on stock availability, quality details and logistics requirements
  • Dealing with queries via phone and email
  • Daily liaison with various internal departments in order to ensure a smooth order process for the customer
  • Diary management
  • Day to day administration tasks
The ideal candidate
  • Knowledge of export documentation is essential
