Shift Lead - Part-Time Store Ops & Customer Experience

B&Q Burton is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to oversee daily shift operations at our Burton store. This part-time role covers 28 hours per week over 5 shifts and includes a permanent contract with pension and generous holiday entitlement.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure safe and smooth store operations, and be the first point of contact for customers and staff during shifts.
