Shift Lead - Part Time (22h) with Pension & Holidays

B&Q Plymouth is seeking a Shift Lead on a part-time, job-share basis (22 hours/week) with a permanent contract. The role pays £14.50 per hour plus pension and 6.6 weeks of holiday, and requires a store leadership presence from early morning to late evening to keep operations and customer service running smoothly.

You will oversee shifts, deploy staff, and be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, while maintaining a safe shopping environment and delivering an excellent
