As a QESH Officer you will be developing, secure and continuously improve QESH management systems within the assigned organization with a primary focus on Safety and Health regulations and the required certification (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, etc). This role will be site based and not remote.

As a QESH Business Partner, you will manage and lead a team of QESH Officers, within a specified Region and ensure the Sites are running effectively, as well as developing your team and contributing to BeNe national plans and improvement initiatives. This role is hybrid and covers a number of sites within a designated area.

To be successful in either role, you need know how to powerfully convey your professional knowledge and you can emphasise the importance of safety, risk and quality, in a convincing and natural way. We have a number of opportunities throughout the Netherlands so please apply today.

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Experience and knowledge with EU Regulations around QESH domain (EG ISO9001; ISO14001 etc.)
• Relevant experience in the field of QESH, at least Health & Safety
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a complex and multidimensional organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English
• For the Business Partner role, you must have experience of managing a team
• Full EU driving license required for the QESH Business Partner role
