Job Description

CMDP+ is a joint venture between Costain and MWH Treatment which builds on 10 years of successful delivery in AMP 6 and 7. CMDP+ are one of Southern Water's key Strategic Delivery Partners for the delivery of capital programmes in AMP8, covering both water and supply across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. CMDP+ are looking for a SHEQ Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Review and verify data at the end of each month on the Capture reporting system
  • Provide support and assistance to others in how to use Capture and other SHE systems
  • Provide and/or collate management reports from IT systems including the monthly SHEQ dashboard
  • Maintain the CMDP leave spreadsheet
  • Proactively order and maintain stock of SHE consumables and equipment
  • Arrange procurement and provision of PPE for CMDP+ new starters
  • Arrange procurement of safety prescription spectacles for CMDP personnel
  • Book and maintain a record of attendance at SHE meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties of a similar nature as required
Experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self motivated and customer focused
  • Proficient with IT systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and able to learn others
Qualifications
  • English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent
