As a Share Scheme Tax Manager you will:

• Design, structure, and implement bespoke employee share plans and incentive schemes tailored to diverse client needs.
• Lead high-level negotiations with HMRC regarding share valuations and proactively manage share scheme compliance.
• Provide expert advisory services on employment-related securities and general employment tax matters, including off-payroll working and termination payments.
• Act as a key outward-facing ambassador for the team, managing significant direct contact with clients, external referrers, and HMRC.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, or ACA.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of experience working specifically within a Share Scheme, Reward, or Employment Tax team inside an accountancy or law firm.
• Possess strong project management skills with a verified history of delivering complex client transactions to strict timelines.
