Role Description

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable, making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Each day varies, but you will support individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, moving and handling
• Provide positive behavioural support
• Expand social networks and connections

Team

Each person is supported by a bespoke team; Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.

Qualifications

Prior experience in care is not required. We recruit based on values and transferrable skills.
