ServiceNow Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Maintain documentation of implemented solutions and customizations.
• Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or GRC.
• Understanding of integrations with third-party tools using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g., ITSM, HR, CSM) is a plus.
