Job Description

ServiceNow Sales Lead - Remote (with client travel) - Base £80k - £100k OTE circa £180k
Must be based in the UK.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Sales Professional to be part of a strategic initiative - spearheading a ServiceNow practice in the UK from the ground-up. You won't be inheriting Legacy problems, only shaping the future. In this close-knit team, you will work directly with leadership and influence go to market strategies where your wins are celebrated, and your voice absolutely matters. With no ceiling on growth, you'll have the freedom to chase deals, land and expand strategies, and quick tactical wins. If you're a closer, this is your playground.

I am looking for someone who's not just ready to sell, but ready to lead. The role is all about momentum. You will be identifying opportunities, opening doors, and closing deals - whether that be a tactical win or long-term partnership. You will be working closely with internal teams and partners all striving towards the same end goal of delivering real solutions that solve real problems.

You need thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to navigate complex sales cycles, and can speak the language of both business and ServiceNow. You will be empowered to secure new deals, build relationships, and help shape the ServiceNow market for this organisation.

You'll bring your experience in enterprise sales from within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with an understanding of the platform, how to position it, and confidently engage stakeholders on it. You're proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team. Most importantly, you've got that hunter mentality, always looking for the next opportunity and ready to chase it down.
