Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager - ITSM & SPM Implementation

Location: Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite in Tilburg

Rate: Open depending on experience

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of an ITSM and SPM (Service Portfolio Management) implementation. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders, technical consultants, and process owners to ensure successful delivery on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM & SPM implementations
• Coordinate project planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple workstreams
• Act as the main point of contact between the business and technical teams
• Ensure alignment with best practices and governance frameworks
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies while maintaining clear reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow ITSM & SPM projects
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in agile or hybrid project delivery environments
