Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager (Consultant/Senior Consultant)

Location: City of London - 3 days per week
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)

Day rate: £450 - £550pd, dependent on experience. Candidates seeking a salaried role are welcome to apply.

Roles:

We are seeking to hire a team of experienced ServiceNow Project Managers to support a global organisation during a significant period of transition.

These roles demand strategic leadership and agility. You'll act as the bridge between diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are cleared captured and ensuring every detail of the programme is flawlessly executed.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

  • Ability to work in the City of London 3 days per week
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations or upgrades as well as proven demonstrable understanding of ServiceNow modules
  • Proven experience managing projects as part of large scale Outsource programmes
  • Strong ability to manage complex programmes during periods of transition
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and workflows
  • Legal sector experience is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultancy skills - you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivery excellence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and Executive presentations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Relevant certifications in your area of expertise
