Location: Amersfoort (hybrid working - 2 days in office )

Contract: Interim/Temporary Assignment (32 hours per week)

Duration: Approximately 4 months from the start date with the possibility for extension.

Our client is seeking an experienced Global Digital HR Specialist (Service Delivery) to join a large-scale international programme focused on expanding digital HR services across more than 20 additional countries. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the rollout and optimisation of global HR technology solutions within a complex, multinational environment.

As part of a global Digital HR team, you will play a key role in the functional management and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure efficient service delivery, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to the successful deployment of HR solutions across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the functional management and optimisation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Analyse, test, and improve HR service delivery processes.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, user experience testing, and cutover activities.
• Ensure application stability, compliance, and adherence to change management processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and business process owners to deliver programme objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with a major international rollout programme involving multiple countries.

Required Experience & Skills

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong background in testing activities, including user and functional testing.
• Experience within digital HR, HR operations, shared services, or service delivery environments.
• Strong process design and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Experience

• Experience integrating HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Exposure to document generation solutions.
• Previous experience in a similar ServiceNow HRSD-focused role.
• Dutch language skills are advantageous but not essential.
