Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure applications within the ServiceNow SPM suite: Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, Timecards, Agile/SAFe, and Financial Planning.
• Implement custom workflows, business rules, UI scripts, and automations using Flow Designer and Script Includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow SPM with external tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, etc., using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics and native reporting tools.
• Participate in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, and technical design sessions.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Process Owners, Architects, and QA teams.
• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches in line with best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance models, and change management processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 3 years in SPM (or ITBM) modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management, Agile methodologies, and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with Agile Development 2.0, Scrum Programs, and/or SAFe implementations in ServiceNow.
• Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations (Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certifications:
• Certified Application Developer
• Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM/PPM
• Agile and Test Management (optional)
• Familiarity with Scoped Applications and Custom App development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira or Rally.
