ServiceNow Developer (Incremental Change)

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with searching for a ServiceNow Developer on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement incremental changes within the ServiceNow platform.
Work across modules such as SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), IRM (Integrated Risk Management), Health & Safety, and BCM (Business Continuity Management).
Support CSDM (Common Service Data Model) alignment and seamless fault reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.
Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues quickly and efficiently.
Key Skills:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong knowledge across core modules.
Ability to verbally communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders.
Experience implementing and customising ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Understanding of SPM, IRM/H&S/BCM, and CSDM principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to "get stuck in" to resolve issues.
Knowledge of CSM and SPM beneficial.
CTC clearance (or eligibility) is a plus.
