ServiceNow Developer (75% Remote - Based in Madrid)

We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the development of a B2B Supplier Assessment Workflow within a newly created, dedicated ServiceNow instance. This workflow will guide users through key supplier approval steps and be the foundation for future business process automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a ServiceNow Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing ServiceNow configurations and custom workflows
• Rolling out new apps and modules
• Creating and maintaining application modules and digital workflows
• Producing detailed technical specifications and documentation
• Implementing updates and configuration changes based on business needs

Who We're Looking For:

Professional Experience & Technical Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience integrating Web Services (SOAP, REST, JSON)
• Solid design, testing, and debugging capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodology

Certifications

• ServiceNow Fundamentals certification (required)
• ServiceNow Application Developer certification (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication (oral and written)
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Results-driven and adaptable
• Willingness to share knowledge and support team success

Language Requirement

• English - B2 level or higher (mandatory)

Work Setup

This opportunity is based in Madrid, and the candidate must be located in the Madrid area. The role follows a 75% remote working model, with one required week in the office every two months. You'll collaborate closely with a Madrid-based team and colleagues across Europe.
