ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
Duration: 12 months (initial)
Location: Hybrid - 60% onsite (North West of England, there are multiple site locations to pick from, please enquire to discuss)
Rate:(£490 inside IR35)
We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to support a major ServiceNow programme within the public sector. You will work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to drive best practice design and implementation across the platform.
Essential skills:

ServiceNow CTA certification

Proven experience designing & implementing ServiceNow solutions across data centres and cloud environments

Deep expertise in core ServiceNow modules and ITSM

Strong knowledge of platform security and integration best practice

Excellent communication and influencing skills
Nice-to-have skills:

Designing integration solutions with third-party apps

Leading technical discovery workshops

Producing design patterns and technical documentation

Supporting large-scale transformation projects
