Liftec Express is growing, and we are recruiting a Service Sales Executive to develop new business within the Facilities Management sector.
The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth by developing a customer prospect pipeline focused on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.
On a typical day, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders.
- Develop your own sales strategy to meet sales targets.
- Use Otis' sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
- Collaborate with team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
What you will need to be successful:
- You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, with 3 years of prior work experience.
- You have initial experience in selling technical service agreements requiring consultation.
- You possess a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.
- You are target-focused and able to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
