What will you do?

Your Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management (CMDB/CSDM) strategies using the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead assessments of IT and OT environments, including SCADA, PLC/DCS, MES, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that support asset lifecycle management, service visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps that align IT and OT goals such as uptime, predictive maintenance, and service reliability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating operational challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between shop-floor systems and enterprise platforms.
• Support pre-sales and sales activities by delivering technical expertise during workshops, demos, and RFPs.
• Harness your insights and experience to drive innovation within the IT- and OT related operations management domain, contributing to the development of new offerings.
• Create and maintain valuable marketing, sales and delivery assets aimed at enhancing opportunity development and project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Craft compelling marketing materials that effectively showcase our capabilities and expertise in IT and OT environments.
• Facilitate internal training sessions to empower fellow team members with knowledge and skill enhancement.
• Foster and nurture meaningful relationships with strategic partners, including ServiceNow and other key industry players.

We ask

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, OT environments, or IT/OT convergence projects.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM modules.
• Familiarity with industrial systems such as SCADA, PLC/DCS, MES, and telemetry networks.
• Experience in asset discovery, service mapping, and configuration management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM) are a strong advantage.
