You'll coordinate and support your team, oversee all service operations, and ensure the highest standards of customer care are consistently delivered.This role would suit a Service Engineer from an agricultural, plant machinery, or similar background who is ready to take the next step into a Service Manager position, as well as an established Service Manager seeking a new challenge.The Role:

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 7 Service Engineers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within a busy agricultural service department.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Oversee workshop performance, workload planning and overall department productivity to drive high standards and profitability.
• Play a key role in a well-established, family-run dealership, with autonomy, training opportunities and clear scope for long-term career progression.
