We now have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to oversee the management of our Supported Living services in Borehamwood for 1 year, covering maternity leave, starting at the end of August.

The ideal candidate will ensure our services meet high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness, helping us fulfill the needs of the people we support and promoting genuine involvement and influence. You should be computer literate and experienced in care management. Key qualities include self-motivation, determination, confidence, passion for positive change, and the ability to make tough decisions under pressure.

You must be flexible with your working days, as early, late, or weekend shifts may be required based on service needs. You will also participate in the manager on-call system and be available to cover for other service managers during their leave.

Key Responsibilities: Quality, Leadership, and Relationships
  • Work collaboratively with residents and staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered support
  • Monitor service quality and ensure full compliance
  • Lead by example and support staff development to maintain high standards
  • Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders of residents

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
