Service Manager - AWS Cloud Migration

Job Title: Service Manager - AWS Cloud migration
Contract: 6 months (Freelance)
Location: Hybrid with Eastern EU travel up to 50% (Expenses covered*)

We're looking for a Service Manager to support a 6-month AWS Cloud migration project. You'll manage service delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure ITIL processes are followed throughout the transition.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service delivery during AWS migration
• Manage incidents, problems, and change in line with ITIL
• Drive project milestones and ensure service continuity
• Liaise with business, IT, and third-party vendor
• Report on performance, risks, and progress

Requirements:

• Proven Service Manager experience on large project
• Strong AWS cloud migration knowledge
• ITIL certified
• Solid project management skills
• Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Willingness to travel to EU sites as needed
