Service Management Process Manager - ITIL V3/Juniper SD-WAN

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 months + Extension

Rate: €600 - €700 per day, all inclusive

Important - Eligibility: EU Citizens only and remote work can only be done in the EU - Applications outside EU will not be considered

We are looking for an experienced EU based, Service Management Process Manager to support a large-scale managed network services environment on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement and manage Service Management processes based on ITIL V3 or DevOps best practices
2. Support operational teams with process management and continuous improvement
3. Review procedures and drive improvements in process maturity
4. Perform or assist with process audits
5. Measure and report on process performance, metrics and KPIs
6. Manage the annual workplan for Service Management processes
7. Write specifications for process-supporting tools

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in ITIL V3 process design and implementation
• Juniper SD-WAN
• ITIL Certification
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of one or several IT domains
• Solid documentation skills
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• EU citizenship

Desirable/Bonus

• BAC+5 or higher education
• ITIL V3 certification or higher
• French language skills
