Your Responsibilities as a Service Driver: Deliver and collect customer vehicles in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Build strong rapport with customers and develop a clear understanding of their needs. Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, ensuring customer care remains a top priority. Maintain a professional and courteous image when interacting with customers and colleagues. Ensure all vehicles are presented to a high standard and meet customer expectations before delivery or collection. Carry out vehicle valeting and preparation duties when required. Report any customer complaints, concerns, or vehicle issues to management immediately. Complete all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks accurately. Adhere to all company procedures, road safety regulations, and health & safety requirements. Support the wider team and undertake any additional duties required within the role.
