Service Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to play a key role in shaping and delivering an enhanced support model for our clients Corporate Operations.

• Inside of IR35
• £500 - £550 a day
• 6 month contract

Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you will lead service design activities, engage a broad range of stakeholders, and help define sustainable operating models, governance arrangements, processes and service standards.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in Service Design, Operating Model Design or Business Transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• ITIL/Service Management knowledge
• Experience of working with oracle
• Experience working within agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical service solutions.
• Knowledge of service transition, organisational change and continuous improvement.
• Experience within public sector or large-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.
