My client is a global leading IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for a Service Designer to join a financial services and asset management company.

You will be responsible for designing, improving, and optimising end-to-end services that deliver value to users and the organisation. The role applies human-centred design principles, service design methodologies, and systems thinking to ensure services are usable, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Technical/Professional Skills

• Service design artefacts (service blueprints, journey maps, personas)
• Systems thinking and end-to-end service modelling
• Design thinking and co-creation techniques
• Qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Accessibility standards (eg WCAG)
• Agile and iterative delivery environments
• Data-informed design and service metrics
