Service Designer

£550/day Inside IR35 - 2 Days in London office - Initial 3-Month Contract

Our public sector client is seeking a Service Designer with a strong background in human-centred design and the development of AI-driven solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming public services by designing and delivering user-centric services that meet the needs of both citizens and internal stakeholders.

Local government experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end service design process for AI-related initiatives

• Conduct and analyse user research interviews

• Build personas and map customer journeys to identify key opportunities

• Extract and translate data insights into actionable service improvements

• Facilitate ideation sessions, create prototypes, and lead user testing

• Collaborate closely in Agile, delivery-focused environments

• Engage and manage stakeholders, including those resistant to change

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
