£450-550 Inside IR35

London - Hybrid

• Currently working with a leading design studio engaged on a central government client. They are in search of a Service Designer with experience in User Research to join them on a 6 month (rolling) project.
• Extensive UK public sector experience, with strong knowledge of GDS standards
• Proven ability to map complex end-to-end services and identify pain points and opportunities
• Confident designing service blueprints, user journeys, and facilitating co-design workshops
• Hands-on experience conducting or supporting user research (interviews, analysis, insight synthesis)
• Skilled in working within agile teams, alongside researchers, designers, BAs, and developers
