Service Design & Integration Lead

• Hybrid (2-4 days/month onsite)
• £500/day (Inside)

We're looking for an experienced IT Service Design Lead to take ownership of service design across a complex, outsourced environment. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and assuring end-to-end IT services delivered in partnership with a third-party provider.

The role:

• Lead the design and implementation of IT service management processes.
• Define end-to-end service models across internal teams and third parties.
• Ensure outsourced providers deliver scalable, compliant service designs.
• Establish governance frameworks (SLAs, KPIs, OLAs) and service acceptance criteria.
• Support service transition into live operations and ongoing assurance.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in IT Service Design within outsourced / managed service environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and experience designing core service processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
• Experience working with and holding third-party providers accountable.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior level.
• Background in financial services or regulated environments is essential.
